Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 medium size onions, chopped
  • 3 small cans tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. chili mix
  • 1 large and 1 small can kidney beans
  • 1 chopped bell pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Scramble hamburger in skillet over medium heat until half done.
  2. Add chopped onions and bell pepper.
  3. Continue cooking until hamburger and onions are done.
  4. Put hamburger, peppers and onions with other ingredients and simmer in boiler pan for 30 minutes.
