Ingredients

  • 2 cans green chilies
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Butter an 8 or 9-inch pan.
  2. Place the green chilies in the bottom of the dish.
  3. Cover the chilies with grated cheddar cheese.
  4. Mix eggs and milk in a bowl.
  5. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the cheese layer.
  6. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes until set and golden.
