- In a large skillet, melt butter and brown garlic, onions and ground beef.
- Drain off excess fat.
- Add tomatoes and chili. Simmer about 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti and drain. Remove skillet from heat and stir in Cheddar cheese until melted. Fold in sour cream.
- Combine chili mixture and spaghetti, mixing well.
- Turn into 2-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and bake 45 minutes at 350°.
