Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg chili seasoning mix
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz) pinto beans
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup (4 oz) sliced black olives
  • 8 large burrito size flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef; drain.
  2. Stir in chili seasoning mix and stewed tomatoes.
  3. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Arrange tortillas in a circle on a 12-inch pizza pan; overlap edges where needed.
  5. Spoon ground beef mixture onto tortillas.
  6. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and sliced black olives.
  7. Bake in a 400°F oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
