Chili Queso Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • dash of ground black pepper
  • 1 c. walnuts, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cream together cheeses, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, garlic and pepper.
  2. Mix in chopped walnuts.
  3. Shape into one large roll, about 2-inches in diameter.
  4. Roll in the remaining chili powder sprinkled on wax paper.
  5. Wrap in transparent wrap and chill. Slice into rounds and serve with thin crackers.
