Ingredients

  • 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
  • 12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. In a lightly greased 8-inch square pan, alternate layers of cheeses and chilies, starting and ending with cheese.
  2. Beat eggs, milk, and flour until smooth.
  3. Pour egg mixture over the layered cheeses and chilies.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
  5. Cut into small squares and serve warm.
