Ingredients

  • 2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies
  • 3 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1.5 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1.5 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Butter an 8-inch square dish.
  2. Mix the Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses together.
  3. Layer with cheese, green chilies sliced lengthwise; repeat layers.
  4. Mix eggs, milk, and flour; pour over the cheese mixture.
