Ingredients

  • 1 can California green chilies
  • 1/2 lb Jack cheese
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Drain canned chilies.
  2. Stuff each chili with cheese.
  3. Roll each chili in flour to completely coat.
  4. Shake off excess flour.
