Ingredients

  • 2 cans bean dip
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 large black olives, chopped
  • 2 c. tomatoes, chopped
  • shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread bean dip on a shallow serving tray (make sure the sides are at least 1-inch high).
  2. Mash avocados and add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the avocado mixture on top of the bean dip.
  4. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning mix.
  5. Spread the mixture on top of the avocado layer (or bean dip layer if avocado layer is omitted).
  6. Layer in order: chopped green onions, chopped black olives, and tomatoes.
  7. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving. Enjoy with Tostitos or Doritos.
