Ingredients

  • 3 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies
  • 1 1/2 cups mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix

Instructions

  1. Arrange the green chilies to cover a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Cover the chilies with grated cheddar cheese.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs, then beat in the milk.
  4. Gradually add the Bisquick mix to the egg and milk mixture.
  5. Beat until smooth, then pour the batter over the cheese layer.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until done in the center.
