Chilled Peach Soup

A refreshing chilled peach soup blending sweet peaches with ginger and nutmeg, perfect for summer gatherings or a light, fruity starter for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 12 peaches, peeled and quartered
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat 2% milk
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine peaches, 1 cup of milk, and ice cubes in a blender. Process on medium speed until pureed.
  2. Add remaining 1/2 cup milk, sour cream, honey, ground ginger, and nutmeg to the blender.
  3. Blend well until smooth.
  4. Garnish with sliced strawberry and sliced kiwi before serving.
