Chilli honey potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 5 tbsp flour/corn flour
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes and capsicum in fries shape or in any shape you want.
  2. Mix flour, salt and red chilli powder.
  3. Coat potatoes in that mixture.
  4. Deep fry potatoes and dry them on paper towel
  5. In a wok, add oil and garlic paste.
  6. Heat it until it's light golden
  7. Add honey, soy sauce and chilli sauce and mix them well
  8. Add capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they are soft.
  9. Add potatoes and mix them all until everything is coated with that paste.
  10. Turn off the stove and serve hot with more chilli garlic sauce or mayo.
  11. (I prefer them as they are because these are already coated with a paste like mixture of honey and other ingredients)
