Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
  • 1 (1 oz.) pkg. Williams chili seasoning
  • 1 (16 oz.) can red or kidney beans, drained
  • shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Crumble and brown ground beef in a large skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Stir in tomato juice or canned whole tomatoes, Williams chili seasoning, and drained beans.
  4. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with shredded Cheddar cheese and chopped onion before serving.
