  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Kraft barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 10 oz. can Hungry Jack biscuits
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add barbecue sauce, minced onion, and brown sugar to the beef; mix well and set aside.
  4. Open Hungry Jack biscuits and arrange them in a baking dish.
  5. Spoon the cooked beef mixture over the biscuits.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted.
