Instructions
- Cook rice as directed and set aside.
- Saute green onions and pimientos in melted butter until softened.
- Stir eggs, salt, and drained bean sprouts into the cooked rice.
- Put the rice mixture into a well-greased round ring mold.
- Place the ring mold on a large baking or roasting pan filled with 1 inch of water.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- Unmold and serve hot.
