Sweet and crunchy Chinese Scotchies combine butterscotch, Chinese noodles, and peanuts for a nostalgic treat perfect for snacking or sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 3 1/2 oz. Chinese noodles
  • 1 c. Spanish peanuts

Instructions

  1. Melt the butterscotch chips in a double boiler.
  2. Add the Chinese noodles and Spanish peanuts to the melted butterscotch.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper.
  4. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
