Chinese Wings

- Cut off wing tips and discard.
- Cut each wing into 2 sections.
- In a shallow glass or ceramic bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic, sherry, ketchup, peanut butter, and sugar.
- Add chicken wings to the marinade and marinate for several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
- Remove wings from marinade and place in a single layer in a shallow baking dish, reserving the marinade.
- Bake in a 325°F oven for about 15 minutes.
- Turn the wings over, baste with marinade, and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
- Just before removing from oven, baste the wings with honey.
