Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts, boned
  • 1 package dried beef
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Place a layer of dried beef in the bottom of a shallow baking dish.
  2. Wrap each chicken breast in a slice of bacon and place on top of the dried beef.
  3. Combine mushroom soup and sour cream; spread over all.
  4. Cover and bake at 275°F (135°C) for 3 hours.
  5. Uncover and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
