Chipotle Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chili peppers canned, mashed, juice reserved
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 recipe pizza dough
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Mix the chipotle, the juices, garlic and olive oil together.
  2. Roll out pizza dough to a 10-inch circle; place on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread chipotle topping over dough, then sprinkle with the grated cheeses.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  5. Cut into wedges.
