Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh snipped chives or finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 ears corn-on-the-cob

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine margarine or butter, chives or green onions, garlic powder and pepper.
  2. Using a knife, spread the butter mixture over each ear of corn.
  3. Wrap each coated ear in a piece of heavy foil.
  4. Grill the foil-wrapped corn on an uncovered grill directly over hot coals for 15 to 18 minutes or until tender, turning frequently.
