Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon spiced mustard
  • 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs for 12 minutes, then shell and halve them.
  2. Remove and mash the yolks in a bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, salt, spiced mustard, and sweet pickle relish to the mashed yolks and mix well.
  4. Mince fresh chives and sprinkle on top of the filled eggs before serving.
