Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • whipping cream
  • 2 quarts apple cider

Instructions

  1. Whip together eggs, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup.
  2. In a crock-pot, heat apple cider until warm.
  3. Add the whipped mixture into the heated apple cider and stir well.
  4. Whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Top the cider mixture with whipped cream before serving hot.
