Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Scrape off the white filling from Oreo cookies and discard.
  2. Place the chocolate parts of the cookies between two pieces of wax paper and roll with a rolling pin to crush into fine crumbs.
  3. Mix the chocolate wafer crumbs with the melted butter or margarine.
  4. Stir in the finely chopped pecans.
  5. Press the mixture into the bottom of a prepared pan to form the crust.
