Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Instructions

  1. First Layer:
  2. Mix flour and butter; stir in nuts.
  3. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  4. Cool.
