Chocolate Cherry Clusters Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
  • 3 c. quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1/4 c. flaked coconut or possibly nuts
  • 1/4 c. minced cherries, liquid removed

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, chocolate, lowfat milk and butter in saucepan.
  2. Heat chocolate and then boil 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and blend in peanut butter and remaining ingredients; mix well.
  4. Drop by tsp.
  5. onto wax paper.
