Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 16 oz. package chocolate chips
  • 1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Bring butter, sugar, and evaporated milk to a boil and cook until almost soft ball stage.
  2. Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts to the mixture.
  3. Beat until the chocolate chips are melted and the icing is smooth.
  4. Pour quickly over cooled cake or desserts.
