Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • cinnamon and sugar mixture

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, sugar, and oil in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Add salt and vanilla extract; mix to combine.
  4. Gradually add flour and mix until dough forms.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Grease hands and divide dough into 4 equal loaves on a greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, slice into individual pieces, and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  9. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
