Rich, creamy chocolate-covered candy balls with coconut and pecan flavors, coated in smooth semi-sweet chocolate, perfect for holidays, parties, or special treats.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes powdered sugar
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 quart chopped pecans
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 packages semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 stick paraffin

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips and paraffin until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into marble-sized balls.
  3. Melt the paraffin and chocolate chips in a double boiler over gentle heat.
  4. Dip each candy ball into the melted chocolate mixture to coat thoroughly.
  5. Place the coated candy balls on a sheet of waxed paper and let them cool and set.
