Decadent chocolate-covered coconut candies with crunchy pecans and rich chocolate coating, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings or sharing at parties and special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 2 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 can condensed Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 (14 oz.) pkg. coconut
  • 3 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 (6 oz. each) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 bar paraffin

Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine or butter, powdered sugar, condensed Eagle Brand milk, coconut, and chopped pecans until well combined.
  2. Chill the mixture in the freezer for several hours until firm.
  3. Make into small bonbon-sized balls.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and paraffin together until smooth.
  5. Dip the coconut balls into the melted chocolate mixture to coat completely.
  6. Place coated candies on wax paper and let set until the chocolate hardens.
