Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2/3 cup undiluted evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in marshmallows, semi-sweet chocolate morsels, chopped nuts, and vanilla.
  5. Stir for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted.
  6. Pour into a foil-lined 8-inch square baking pan.
  7. Sprinkle with additional pecans, if desired.
  8. Chill until firm.
