Ingredients

  • 1 lb. white chocolate pieces
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds, salted

Instructions

  1. Measure nuts, coconut, sunflower seeds, and Rice Krispies; place together in a bowl.
  2. Melt white chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl on Medium-high (70%) power for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add all the other ingredients; stir well and spread on a buttered cookie sheet.
  4. Chill until firm; break into 1-inch pieces.
  5. Store in a cool place.
