  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 3/4 c. cocoa
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 big can evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, cocoa, and cornstarch in a saucepan.
  2. Add margarine and evaporated milk to the dry ingredients.
  3. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Continue cooking until it forms a ball in cold water, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Stir the whole time while cooking.
