Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
  • 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. (5.9-oz.) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 c. cold milk
  • 1 12-oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine peanut butter and melted butter.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and sugar; mix well.
  3. Press mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish.
  4. Prepare pudding with cold milk according to package directions; spoon over the crust.
  5. Spread whipped topping over pudding; sprinkle with peanuts.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set. Refrigerate leftovers.
