Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c milk
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/3 c flour
  • 1/2 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Blend in a blender the egg yolks, vanilla, and milk.
  2. Mix together cocoa, sugar, and flour.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  5. Pour the blended mixture into the saucepan with melted butter.
  6. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until bubbly and thickened.
  7. Pour the hot mixture into a 9-inch baked pie shell.
