Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ricotta
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/8 cups sugar
  • 2 oz. whiskey
  • 1 1/2 heaping tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • orange and lemon rind

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together with a mixer on medium speed.
  2. Prepare the crust as per the recipe instructions.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 10-inch glass pie plate.
