Ingredients

  • 1 c. Karo
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 6 c. Rice Crispy Cereal
  • 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place Karo syrup and sugar in a large pan. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture begins to boil.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and mix well.
  3. Add Rice Crispy cereal and stir until well mixed.
  4. Press mixture into a greased 13 X 9 X 2 pan and set aside.
  5. Melt semisweet chocolate chips in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
  6. Spread melted chocolate over the Rice Crispy mixture.
  7. Let stand until firm.
