Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. dry cocoa
  • 1 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 tsp. liquid Sucaryl

Instructions

  1. Combine cocoa, cold water, and salt in a saucepan.
  2. Mix until smooth. Bring to a boil and simmer gently until smooth and thick.
  3. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Add vanilla and liquid Sucaryl.
  5. Store covered in the refrigerator.
  6. Stir well before using.
  7. One tablespoon equals 9 calories.
