Chocolate Volcano

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 1/4 inch quiche pan and an 8x8 inch square pan.
- Prepare brownies according to package instructions. Pour half into each pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Cool completely.
- Combine cranberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and gently boil for about 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water, then add to the cranberry mixture. Whisk until thickened. Chill the cranberry mixture.
- Cut half of the brownies in the square pan into 1/2 inch cubes. Leave the other half whole for later enjoyment.
- Spoon the chilled cranberry mixture over the brownies in the quiche pan.
- Sprinkle the brownie cubes and salted peanuts on top.
- Warm the fudge sauce and drizzle over the assembled dessert.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
