Ingredients

  • 1 c. warm milk
  • 1 c. melted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 yeast packet
  • 1/4 c. warm water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 5 to 6 c. flour
  • 1 egg (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Mix lukewarm milk, melted butter, beaten eggs, and dissolved yeast.
  3. Add salt and sugar to the mixture.
  4. Gradually blend in flour to make a soft dough.
  5. Let the dough stand until it doubles in size.
