Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix softened butter, flour, vanilla, powdered sugar, and chopped pecans together until well combined.
  2. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a greased cookie sheet.
  3. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes at 325°F (163°C).
  5. Allow cookies to cool, then roll in powdered sugar.
