Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 green onion tops
  • 4 average tomatoes
  • 12 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop all vegetables very finely.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chopped vegetables with wheat germ.
  3. Add tomato sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix well to combine all ingredients evenly.
