Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 orange, freed from membrane and diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 red skin apple, diced
  • 1 c. celery, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lemon Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Add cold water and chill until slightly thickened.
  3. Fold in diced orange, sliced banana, diced apple, and sliced celery.
  4. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
  5. Unmold onto crisp lettuce when serving.
