Ingredients

  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 12 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 6 oz. can chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the chow mein noodles, peanuts, and vanilla until evenly coated.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and chill in the refrigerator until set.
