Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 3 to 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup green onion, chopped 1/2-inch long of green portion
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seed
  • 1 cup peanut oil

Instructions

  1. Stew the whole chicken until cooked through.
  2. Debone the chicken while hot and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of salt, 3 teaspoons of soy sauce, and sesame seeds over the chicken.
  4. Scatter chopped green onions over the chicken.
  5. Heat peanut oil until it almost smokes.
  6. Pour the hot oil over the seasoned chicken and green onions.
  7. Serve immediately with rice and fruit salad.
