Ingredients

  • 2 qt. cranberry juice
  • 1 qt. pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 pt. frozen strawberries
  • 3 pt. raspberry sherbet
  • 2 qt. ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Mix cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and thawed strawberries in advance.
  2. Chill the mixture until cold.
  3. Just before serving, cut the raspberry sherbet into 16 squares per pint.
  4. Add ginger ale and sherbet to the mixture just before serving.
