- Remove free-floating loose skins.
- Add sugar and cook an additional 5 minutes.
- Pour the boiling mixture over the raspberry jello and stir until dissolved.
- Chill in the refrigerator until partially set.
- Add sliced celery, diced apples, chopped nuts, and salt.
- Pour into a pretty mold and chill until firm.
