Chunky Chicken Pie

Instructions
- Place chicken in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Blend chicken broth and soup and bring to a boil.
- Pour over chicken. Saute onion; add to chicken.
- Mix melted butter, flour and buttermilk until it forms soft dough; add parsley flakes.
- Spoon dough over top of casserole.
- Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
