Chunky Chip Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixer bowl, cream together butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
  3. Add to butter mixture; blend well.
  4. Stir in chocolate drops carefully so do not break.
  5. Cover the bowl.
  6. Refrigerate dough overnight. Scoop out dough by teaspoons.
  7. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart.
  8. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes or until browned.
  9. Cool slightly, then remove onto rack to cool completely.
