Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chunk light tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup commercial Thousand Island salad dressing
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • dash of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stirring well.
  2. Cover and chill thoroughly.
  3. Serve with assorted crackers or thinly sliced cucumbers.
