Ingredients

  • 1 gallon pork and beans
  • 2 medium onions
  • 0.5 box dark brown sugar
  • 5 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup catsup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain a cup of liquid off the pork and beans.
  2. Chop the onions and mix them with all other ingredients, including the beans.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Add strips of bacon on top of the beans before baking.
